Alms for the Poor!
River Town Paranormal Society believes that spirit comes in many different forms. Though we spend most of our year seeking to help souls
and spirits who have longed passed from this world, we recognize that much work needs to be done for those souls and spirits still living
in this world. We alone can't help the many people who are suffering needlessly from hunger but joined with others we can make a difference.
So with this in mind we decided to ring bells for the Salvation Army this year for the first time. Dressed in period clothing we rang our bells,
laughed much and saw many generous hearts in our area giving what they can. What impressed us the greatest was the children and how
wonderfully happy they were to put their coins in the kettle. Yes, we were giving our time to help but what we received instead was a heart
warming evening and the gift of hope.

I believe that Virtue shows quite as well in rags and patches as she does in purple and fine linen.

I have known a vast quantity of nonsense talked about bad men not looking you in the face. Don't trust that conventional idea. Dishonesty will stare honesty out of countenance, any day in the week, if there is anything to be got by it.
